HR .. what is required is as the fellow .
1- you have to make a Breif research about Career planning ( what is it , why we prepare it ? , ... something like that )
- not more than 5 pages -
2- you have to make your own career plan for the future .
using one of the tools or techniques used ... BUT be careful .there are some weak tools and there are other more effective tools and the Grading of your career plan will be based mostly on the tool that you have used .
again the second part shouldn't be less than 5 pages
